Iphone stolen? Will the serial numbers match?
My iphone 4 was stolen a few weeks ago at my high school.
i only had it for about 4 months.
I'm pretty sure i saw one of my "friends" with it today. I KNOW its mine because i can identify my nicks and scratches.
I found my original box, so the serial number will match right?
Tomorrow i was gonna give the box to my principal and have her check "his" phone to see if the serial numbers match. Is it alright to step in like that? I mean… Theft is against the law

i saw on his phone he was texting some girl and wallpaper everything was changed
so if youve stolen an iphone you can change the number, settings all of that to make it your own? Cause right when my iphone went missing i disconnected my services.
SO if i do get it back… What would i have to do? Is there like a sim card? Lmao

Your plan is sound.
You will void the warranty if you open the phone. Yes there's a memory card installed. FYI: next time keep your phone locked so if theft occurs again the phone is useless to anyone/ note 3 wrong entries shuts iPhone down!
