Double tap the home button, see the menu at the bottom with four apps in a row. Scroll over the left and you should see the play/pause button for your music and to the left of that is a gray button. It probably has a lock symbol on it, so tap it and try turning your iPhone. It should be able to.

- My iPhone 4S's sound has suddenly stopped working! How do I fix it? **Please READ** So I searched online on different reasons why it may not be working. Someone said that the headphone slot may have dirt in it leaving the iPhone to believe that there's still headphones in it… Well I blew on it and nothing came out. I also plugged in my headphones and still music wouldn't play or text tones/ringtones.nothing! I know it is not water damaged because I have not gotten it wet or anything. Any ideas?
- My Iphone 4 just stopped working. What can I do to fix it? I fully charged my i-phone then I took it off of the charger & went to bed everything was fine, when I woke up the next morning my phone wouldn't turn on. I tried everything! Holding the power button & the middle button at the same time for a while, nothing. Tried charging it again, nothing. Plugged it into i-tunes and its not showing up at all. The screen is just black. I even went to a phone shop and he tried switching the battery and nothing. What to do?
- IPhone 4s iMessage stopped working? Well, I was texting my friend. He owns an iPhone as well. Well, anyways we were texting when out of nowhere my messages send as regular texts instead of iMessages. I can still use iMessage with my mom so I don't know what's going on. This Is extremly frustrating.
