IPhone stuck in searching?

My phone is stuck in searching. It was working fine last night then all of a sudden it started searching. It doesn't matter if I turn off the data or remove the sim card.

I tried all the troubleshooting from restarting it, network settings and switching in amd out of airplane mode. When I click on about the network and modem firmware are blank. I'm current deployed overseas so my resources are limited. Fixing my phone is a must to communicate back home

Best thing would be to backup everything on phone then do factory reset

I've tried everything from power button reset to full factory reset, including every fix that I've seen on the Internet. There's also nothing wrong with my network in my area. I called sprint and they tried everything on their end and told me to reset the network settings, even resetting the entire phone, and nothing helped. I read somewhere that the antenna is touchy on these phones and wearing a case may help? I would like to hear any fixes and if anyone else has had these issues. It worked completely fine the first day I had it and then it just started losing service for no reason.
