IPhone Turning on too slow iOS 7 jailbroken?

I jailbroke My iPhone 5 running iOS 7.0.4.
Then it started to turn on about in 40 seconds (normally it was opening in 30 seconds). But i knew it was normal. But today, saurik updated mobile substrate. After i updated it, i tried to reboot device and my iPhone turned on in 2 and a half minutes! I really need help and i really don't want to restore and re-jailbreak. Please help me or is this happened to your device too?

You can simply reset your iphone
for reset your iphone you have to hold lock and home button together until the iphone get switched off
after few seconds iphone will restart itself
if iphone didn't restart itself then simply switch on your iPhone…
