IPhone voice calls over Wi-Fi?

Ok. Here is my problem. I have a carrier, C Spire, that has better rates than other carriers. However, where I live, in the sticks, my signal is very weak. But I do have Wi-Fi at home. Is there a way to use Wi-Fi for voice calls, with the native app. I'm not looking for an alternative VoIP app or anything to replace. I want to make and receive normal calls with my iPhone, over my Wi-Fi. Is there a way to set up the iPhone to do this?

Do you have Wi-Fi Calling?

The only way for the phone app to make calls over Wi-Fi is to use a repeater in your home. Some companies will give you one at a discount rate if you make frequent complaints about poor performance.

A repeater is sometimes called a micro cell. It is an Internet connected cell station that works a lot like your Wi-Fi router.

Using an IP option like skype is easier and probably cheaper.
