Iphone will not play music through Bluetooth anymore?

My Iphone stopped playing music through my Bluetooth device. It says its connected, but does not show up in the audio output and the music will still come out of the phone. I have tired to disconnect the device, but it won't. And then when i forget the device and restart my phone it still shows up in devices. When it does disconnect and i re-pair it, it acts like a car and asks me if i want to include contacts. I've tired a lot of things to fix it, but nothing seems to work. Any Ideas? Thanks.

P.S. The phone is all up to date on updates

Put the airdrop on

Most likely its not the iphones problem, its probably the bluetooth device

  • Why does my iphone 4 just scroll through music and not play? Ok so i up dated my iphone to the latest version and now it doesn't play any songs it just scrolls quickly through all of them! How do i fix this?!
  • My iPhone 4 won't play music anymore? After I updated my phone to iOS 6, my phone won't play music. The volume bar won't show up on the bottom of iTunes, YouTube, or pandora. And if it does and I press play it quickly disappears. Even songs I bought from iTunes won't play with out stopping. I can still hear people when they call me and what not. Is there any way I can fix this?
  • My bluetooth headphones are connected to my iphone 4s, but won't play music? In the menu bar at the top it's a black B symbol, but when I go to play my music it comes out of my phone instead of my bluetooth headphones. It says that it's synced up to the headphones so i'm not too sure where I went wrong.
  • Iphone won't play music through car stereo anymore? When I used to plug my iphone into the USB port in my car stereo, i could play my music through it. All of the sudden, it stopped working. The song title will scroll on the screen like its playing but no sound will come out. I made sure that the volume was all the way on and its not the cord because when i play Pandora, it works, just not my music. It won't even work if i try using the old headphone jack cord that i used to use.
