Iphone will not restore from recovery mode?
I tried to restore my iphone via itunes but is now stuck in recovery mode. I press 'Restore' on itunes and it downloads the software (takes about half an hour!) and then nothing happens. There's no error message or anything. I've tried this several times now. I've uninstalled and reinstalled itunes and I've tried turning off my firewall. Nothing has worked so far and my phone is out of action. Any ideas?
If it is already in recovery mode, in itunes, right click on the idevice from the menu under devices on the left menu. Then click restore from backup. Then select the most recent backup. Then click restore. Let me know the results.
