IPhone won't connect to App Store?

So I just got a new iphone and I was so happy with it and about to download all my apps but the App Store said it couldn't connect. I'm withing reach of my home Wi-Fi and connected but it won't work no matter what I try.

Ok i don't know what you tried so ill list everything you can do starting from basic
1) close app store from multitasking (double click home button slide it up)
2) restart iphone (hold power and home button together and don't release till apple logo appears)
3) in settings go to itunes and app store and make sure you are signed in then sign out sign in again
4)go to settings general date time and set automatic to off
5) reset network settings (settings general reset reset network settings)
6)same place reset all settings
after each time redo step one and relaunch app store see if any works. If no wait patiently apple store server might have problems so don't blame your phone for that
7) if everything else including waiting for a few hours and trying a few networks fails then you can do factory restore with iTunes but thatll delate everything in your phone so hopefully upper steps work.
