IPhone won't turn on after updating?

I have an iPhone 5s and I tried updating it to the newest version of iOS and it was in the middle of updating and it completely shut off. I tried holding down the buttons and turning it on, plugging it in to the charger, plugging it into iTunes and it doesn't even show up on there. It on won't turn on at all. What do I do?

Did maybe the battery go flat whilst it was in the middle of updating?
