IPhone won't turn on, will I lose all of my pictures?

I dropped my iPhone less than 1/4 of a meter today and now it won't turn on, despite my various efforts. Is there any way my pictures can be recovered off of my phone? I don't have iCloud enabled, and my last backup to iTunes was awhile ago. However, less than 3 weeks ago I had encountered an issue with my computer and had to refresh it, completely deleting iTunes. If the backup is my last resort for just a few of the pictures, will those iTunes Backup files still be saved somewhere? Or will they be gone as well?

Try dropping it again?

You can reinstall itunes. The backup files should be stored in your user folder (assuming mac) under:
Library > Application Support > MobileSync > Backup. You can check it first.

And I think you can go to apple store for help. If the disk in iphone is not broken. You have chance to get pics back.

Were you able to rescue all your pictures?! My iPhone SE just blacked out and I had over 2000 pictures of my kids. Please tell me there's hope!
