You need to express yourself more clearly. This is difficult to understand.
If you dropped just the charger, then that should not affect the phone. If you dried out the charger, and it still works, then I do not know what you are worried about. Does the charger still charge the phone, or doesn't it? If it does not work, then get a new one.
