IPhone X Limited Supply on a plan?
I'm looking to get an iPhone X on a plan with Telus and was hoping to hold off another month. I have come to understand it is limited supply, but will I be able to get it on a plan still next month? Or is it only available on a plan now with preorder?
No plan.
For those who have preordered, and for now no more preorders are being accepted due to limited supplies, there's at least a six to eight week wait for their phones. And that's just for the poverty-specification versions.
So if you wait a month, then maybe there will be a new waiting list allocation announced, maybe not, but you certainly won't be getting an iPhone X anytime soon and maybe not even this year.
Also it's still a relatively untested model: as customers start getting them I'm seriously expecting a wave of complaints about how the Facial Recognition will turn out to be slow, flaky and unreliable, and far less easy to use than a simple fingerprint scanner. Hopefully I'll be wrong, but what is certain is that waiting for the inevitable bugs and hardware design faults to be ironed out will mean that early adopters pay to take the pain whilst the waiters reap the gain.

- Why will my iPhone 4S only work with a power supply? Recently my iPhone will only operate when being charged. Once I take it off charge, the phone lasts for 1-2minutes (it is fully charged) and switches off. Then I try turn turn it back on, and it says it needs charging. please could someone give a reason for why this is and also how to tackle it. I will also give points for answers!
