IPhone5 freezes and won't turn off?
I've had it since Christmas and nothing's been wrong. I don't know what happened but recently when I try to power off my iphone or close my
Apps I get a black screen with a loading symbol but the white symbol is frozen. It's not loading and seconds later I'm back at my one screen. And it randomly takes me to this screen like when I'm in a call and I can't Hear or when I'm closing apps.
You probably got something wet in the speaker. You most likely have been playing an instrument in it? But you have to go to apple and get it checked out
Do a soft reset first, press the top right button and the home button at the same time.
If that doesn't work, You should back it up first and then choose restore in the pref. It will reset your iphone and then restore the backup.
Lastly, go to the genius bar if all else fails, they will replace it if your iphone is in warranty, otherwise it's about 250, I think.
I was using my phone as normal and I turned it off because I didn't need to use it a few hours later I turned it on and it came up with the picture of my homescreen and won't let me shut it down or anything like that its just my homescreen and nothing else no apps no siri nothing (iPhone 5s user)
