IPhone5 isn't finding any signal?
So my iPhone 5 fell in the bath. I immediately took it out, turned it off and put it in rice for a couple of hours and everything seemed fine when i turned it on. The was a slight problem though, it kept searching for signal. I thought it was because the sim got wet so i bought a new one, but it keeps searching for signal. At the moment i'm also trying to restore it but iTunes isn't letting me, it keeps saying error (-1) I've tried multiple times to restore but the error keeps on showing up. Any advice on what to do? My phone isn't insured so please don't suggest to get in exchanged.
Well if it has water damage then it doesn't matter what advice is given. Go drop your desktop computer in the bathtub and then take it out and try to use it and see if that still runs fine, I'm guessing it won't.
Well you took your phone out too early. You at minimum are supposed to leave it in the rice for a week but now your phone is ruined and it will never work the same again. Get a new one, or throw it out a 20 story building and record it falling and hitting the ground. That should fix your problem.
- Why won't iTunes transfer any song or any file to any of my devices? I have unistalled and reinstalled iTunes multiple times. When I go to to transfer a song to iphone, ipad, ipod it just freezes up and doesn't do anything. I'm running the newest version of the program. What do I need to do? Just want to fix it. Thanks. I have waited on the program to transfer just to see if it is slow or what and it took 30 mins and nothing. I can't download software updates also.
- Why isn't the Wi-Fi on my iPhone 4 working, even though the signal is strong? It worked this morning. It worked when I went out for lunch (Starbucks has free Wi-Fi, duh.). And it worked when I went shopping (at Target. However, when I came back home around late afternoon it stopped working. I have Wi-Fi in my house, and even when the signal is strong, it just keep loading it. No usual checkmark that shows it works. The Wi-Fi works fine on my brother's 3DS and we already checked the home computer router. I just don't know what's wrong.
- Why isn't my Wi-Fi signal as strong on my iPhone? A few weeks ago I had great Wi-Fi connection, for years. But now I can't catch Wi-Fi from anywhere in my house unless I'm in the room where the router is… I got a new router but as soon as I leave the room (where the router is) my Wi-Fi signal drops! It's not only happening at my home but also at my gram gram's house and my sisters house. It's really frustrating. So I know it's not my router it's my iPhone.
- My iphone5 screen isn't cracked but won't work? Ok so my iphone 5 screen is not cracked, but i did drop it and now there's several white lines on the right side of the screen and it doesn't work. The left side works, but the right side does not. How do i fix this? If i need to, what do i buy to fix it?
