Is 1GB of data enough for me?
I'm getting an iPhone so I will mainly be using Facebook and Twitter apps, and occasionally searching on Google. I browse Facebook and Twitter every hour or two hours depending on where I'm, and search Google once a day or once every two days. When I'm at home, I will connect to the Wi-Fi. I will get a 1GB internet data allowance per month: is this enough for my daily internet needs?
Maybe, it really depends on how long you use if for, and if you browse photos.
Yes, 1GB sounds absolutely fine as long as you connect to Wi-Fi wherever you can.
More than enough, it's surprising how little you actually use
1gb is enough for anyone.
The things that need to be done if you do not want to go over 1gb would be:
Connect to a Wi-Fi connection when possible.
Set phone's data off when not in use.
Only stream video or large files on Wi-Fi and not on the cells data
- Would 1gb of data be enough for the iphone 4s? I plan on getting the 1gb of data per month and wondering if it would be enough for me because i don't want to go over and pay loads of money. I would be on twitter, instagram and snapchat mostly, but connecting to Wi-Fi when available. Also should i turn my data off everytime i can connect to Wi-Fi to save data or will it not be used when connected to Wi-Fi? When should i turn data off.
- Would 1GB of data be enough for my needs? Ok so i have an iPhone 4S and my data allowance is 1GB of data a month would that be enough for receiving emails, watching the odd youtube video maybe 3-5 videos a month (mostly very short ones) and browsing small websites?
- Would 1GB data be enough for iphone5s? Thinking of getting iPhone5s would 1gb be enough I'll only be using Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, snapchat the usual stuff really.
- Will 1GB of data a month be enough for an iPhone? I'm thinking of getting an iPhone, but only the small plan, which has only 1GB of data a month. The only thing I go on the internet for on my phone is Facebook. Will it be enough data? Or will it be constantly looking for updates and stuff and use internet data? My old phone did that and took away heaps.
