The iphone 5c for boost is that much i think its ridiculous but i'm guessing people actually spend that much on it

Other on iphone taking up too much space? Recently, my iphone 4s was saying that apps were taking up like 7gb of my storage even though the amount each app was saying didn't add up to 7 gb. I found out it was pinterest, and deleted it. Then, all of the sudden, "other" jumps up and is taking up all the storage on my phone. Is there a way to fix this without restoring my iphone?
