Is 7jailbreak.com legitimate? I assume not, but I was curious?

I've been dying to see a jailbreak that doesn't require a computer, leaving me susceptible to numerous scandals and fakes out there, and the latest seemingly fake tool is something by the name of 7jailbreak.com. It seems completely fake, but I was wondering if anyone out there knew anything about it or had tried using it. Also, on the off chance it is real, can you update OTA before running it or do you have to have had a wired update through a computer, like other jailbreaks?
Device Specs: iPhone 4 GSM, 16 GB storage, iOS 6.1 (will update to 7.0 when it comes out), currently non-jailbroken

It's fake but you should just get the beta right now.

Register your UDID at www.udidregistration101.webs.com and they can help you get your proper IOS 7 download links and as well help you get IOS 7 onto your iDevice. They will register you within 10 min.

Definitely fake. There are real sites that make it so you can install iOS 7, though. You can register your device's UDID with a developer account through a site like http://www.udid.in/.It's $5, and then you can try out the new OS before everyone else.
