Is a iphone better or android?

I'm going to buy a new phone but i dnt know which phone would be better

Iphone

IPhone is simpler to use however android is much more powerful, customizable and it just does a lot more. If you're over the age of 40 I'd go iPhone. If you're younger and more tech savvy go with an android. The gs4 is awesome!

Android is not a phone. That is an operating system.
The iPhone of course is a phone & its current flagship model, the 5 is the best selling smartphone, though its successor the iPhone 5S is expected in a little under a month from now.

Andriod is an operating system comparable to Apple's IOS operating system. A contender to the Apple iPhone is the Samsung Galaxy. Many earlier versions of Android-enabled phones didn't offer some of the sophistication as the iPhone, but that has changed now. I think you'll find though, that once someone converts to Apple, it is very rare that they buy anything else anymore. This could be for a number of reasons, but Apple has a tremendous dedicated and loyal following by its customers.
