Is a replacement phone new or refurbished?
I dropped my iPhone 7 on the blacktop and it shattered. Insurance says if we bring my phone to the verizon store. Theyll give me a replacement for $149. Is this replacement new or refurbished?

My iphone is being repaired and on the apple service page it says 'iPhone replacement pending' and below it says repair complete… I was wondering if this meant that my phone has been repaired or if Apple are sending a replacement iphone different than the original.
