Is all of my music transferable?

I just purchased a new hp laptop. Prior to this I was using an hp desktop. My iphone is constantly being synced up to it and I was wondering how I could transfer it from that computer to my new laptop without loosing any content when I sync it up to the new computer. My music is what I care for most. I was able to pull a lot of my music from the cloud that I purchased off of iTunes but as for the older music that I downloaded way back in the day whenLimewiree was up how would I pull that music from my old computer and install it into this one? All of my music is in itunes and when i sign into my account it only pulls the ones that i've purchased from them. Any tips? I'd greatly appreciate it.

I was never an expert on itunes so bear with me. If you have the files on your computer physically, find them and transfer them using a cd or a flash drive. If you have it on your phone, just connect your phone to your new computer or laptop, and google how to put the music from your phone into your computer, you might have to download a program so make sure its a safe one before you download it. I'm pretty sure you don't have to download it though so…

Crate a home group http://windows.microsoft.com/...-homegroup the one thing this stupid video doesn't show or any where on the net is that once you create the home group put the music into the music folder then click on the music folder icon in windows explorer the words share with will appear in he tool bar in the drop down button click on home group read and write or else other pc will not see despite the fact that you checked of music in home group settup because that means just is capable of sharing music not that it actually will took 3 days for me to find that
