Is anyone having data problems with their iPhone 4? (Virgin mobile)?

About 24 hours I started receiving an error message on my phone saying I'm not subscribed to any cellular data. I can text/call perfectly fine; however, my 3G is basically useless. I've called virgin mobile at least 10 times and none of them are willing to help. They just keep transferring my call. So does anyone know what's going on?

You did not mention how much data you have used thus far this month. Virgin Mobile throttles it's users after they have used 2.5 GB in a month. The throttle goes away after the next month is paid for.

All that was there was a picture of scenery. I tried to log into apple on my laptop. Same thing, just the wallpaper. What could be the problem. Also, how do you get rid of a bookmark on an Iphone. A family member got a hold of my phone and booked marked something inappropriate.
  • Is anyone else having iPhone 5 problems? Everytime my earpods are plugged in, and playing music, the music all of a sudden stops in the middle of a song, or starts playing it faster. Sometimes it stops, and Siri randomly pops up. It happens most when i'm on YouTube. When i'm watching a video, the video will stop, music will start playing, stop, and Siri pops up. It's extremely annoying and it only happens when my earphones are plugged in. Has this happened to anyone else and how do you fix it?

Yesterday, about 30 minutes after I received a text notifying me that Virgin Mobile's terms and conditions had changed, my data stopped working. I can still use my calling minutes and texting, but internet and the apps that use it are nonoperational without data. I get a popup notification on my iPhone 4S when I try to use Safari that says the phone can't access the cellular network. Is anyone else experiencing this or know what's going on?
