Is battery drainage a symptom of unlocking an iPhone?
Over the weekend, I had asked AT&T on unlocking instructions for my iPhone 4 [I'm out of contract so I'm eligible] And no, this wan't unauthorized, it was all authorized by AT&T. Anyways, since then, I noticed my battery drain more frequently. I use my phone the same way. Nothing except the unlock on the phone changed. Still, my battery drains more than usual. Instead of the phone lasting the whole day, I end up charging it at around 5PM. But it is an iPhone 4.Is the battery naturally wearing out or is the unlock draining the battery?
Now that its unlocked are you receiving any service? Like is the phone trying to search for cell service everywhere or are you using it normally, like Wi-Fi only.
Also did you restore the phone after unlcoking? Upgrade? Apple makes a ton a changes during these restores and upgrades so its possible a couple settings got changed ans its affecting your battery life.
Other than that i would guess your battery life would be better after unlocking a phone so it may be the battery wearing out but that sounds unlikely.
- Will charging my iPhone battery on full brightness increase battery length? If I adjust it to full brightness while charging and once charged 100% adjust it back to a dimmer screen will this increase the battery's life span?
- Will an iPhone 5 battery fit in a iPhone 5s battery? My battery needs replacing on my iPhone 5s but the place I'm getting it replaced only has iPhone 5 batteries, so does anyone know whether the 5 nbattery will work in my 5s?
- Restoring my iphone? Battery drainage? So lately my iphone has been draining battery so fast. And i have looked up that i should restore/restart it. But if i do that will i lose my apps? I do have them on my computer but will i get them back on my phone. Also i have flappy bird (yes i still like the game) but since they discontinued the app if i restore my phone will i get it back? i have the iphone 5. IOS 7
- Possible to change iPhone battery for better battery life? I'm going to get iPhone 4s and heard it's battery life runs out quickly. Could you buy a better one which lasts longer to replace? Which are best and what is the price range?
