Is changing a att chip from iphone to moto x againts the contract?
I want to switch to a moto x but my contract ends in december can i transfer my chip to a moto x. I have a iphone 5

- What should I buy? IPhone 5c(8 GB), Moto X 2nd gen or Moto X Play? IPhone has low disk space, smaller screen, but its an iPhone, while i don't know the difference b/w motox and motox play, play has bigger screen and better camera. Rest I don't know, I'm going to buy one of these, or others can be considered in the range.

- Iphone 5c(8GB) Moto X 2nd gen or Moto XPlay? They are around the same price, i don't like iphone 5c for the less storage options and I want a comparison between Moto X 2nd gen and Moto XPlay iPhone 5c also has a small screen.
- If i get an iphone 5c with att what does the contract specifically say? I want to get a new i phone but i can't find what the contract says without going into the at&t store. Does anyone know the contract or where i can find it?
