I want a iPhone 7 Plus for the low & i was wondering if I should get it off of there. Is it legit?

Look at the seller's ratings, which appear to the far right on any listing.
Anything less than 97% positive should slow you down considerably.

Yes it's entirely trustworthy if you look for key things. Start with the sellers feedback percentage, if it falls below 95% with thousands of feedback I'd think twice as it may be a big seller and the chances of them sending either the wrong item or the item used even though it's described as new is much higher than a seller with less feedback and a higher percentage. Go with a 97%+ seller. Next make sure you read both the item description and the sellers description, if the seller claims it's sealed and new then they will be forced to refund you the money since the item wasn't as described. Always pay with PayPal since PayPal has their own set of guidelines that ensures anything you pay for must be as described otherwise they'll issue a refund. Once you've looked at all those things and you see that you have a backup to get your money back just in case go ahead and either place your bid if you're trying to get it cheaper or buy it. I suggest finding one that says fast shipping
