Is EE network the same as Orange?
I'm going to buy an Iphone 4 but the only network that is left is EE so i was wondering if EE is Orange because i have seen ALOT or phones for sale that say EE/Orange?
Yes, EE (everything everywhere) is the re branded Orange.
Yeah pretty much, Orange and Tmobile run off of the EE network. I'm pretty sure you can buy separate contracts from all of them but your phone will operate on EE.EE is the only one that offers 4G (faster service) but I don't think iPhone phones are compatible with that anyway.EE and Orange both offer Orange Wednesdays (but under a new name), Tmobile doesn't offer this though.
Hope this helps
- Will an orange pay as you go sim card work in my iphone orange contract phone? My orange phone is still in contract but could do with a different number on pay as you go as well, would rather just get the sim card and swap them over, but can always buy a cheap phone as well
- Will an Iphone 5 Locked to EE Network work on Orange or T-Mobile Nano Sims? I've just bought a Iphone 5 locked to EE network… Will it work on Orange or T-Mobile Nano sim cards without needing to unlock it? Also does anyone know when EE will start doing PAYG Sims?
- Wi-Fi on iPhone keeps saying unable to join network (my network name)? How can I fix this! It's been like this for a week but it works on my laptop fine. I tried unplugging it for a few seconds, I tried resetting network settings, I tried turning my phone off then on again, and I know I'm typing it right. I even typed it in upper case AND lower case. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
- What's the difference between off-network and on-network? I'm try to work out which is best for what I want out of the service. I want protection while on my iPhone 5 (both when connected via Wi-Fi and when roaming on 3/4G). Website with product details: http://www.umbrella.com/products/umbrella-security-features/
