those bids on ebay are schill bids to make you think there are crazy people when the goal is to bring out the crazy in you so that you will pay big money for a bootleg super mario app with a fish as the hero.
You can get people bidding to buy it for a lot of money, but you won't actually get paid since those are fake payment accounts in the first place.
