Is he playing games? Or did he lose interest?

So 2 weeks ago, I met this guy on this iphone dating app called Tinder (which is pretty popular) We exchanged numbers and texted A LOT for the first few days. However, the last time i texted him was friday night:

Me: Sorry i drunk texted you!
Him: Lol no i was rolling (popping E)
Me: I thought you said you were going to quit? Lol

That was the last message i sent him and it's been 5 days I haven't heard from him. Did he lose interest? Or does he need space?

I'm 19 and he's 24. He's not THAT busy because he's unemployed… And he uses his phone alot because he's been using facebook on his iphone.

I was never clingy to him. It was usually him who texted me first. But after the first few days, we've been texting a lot less.

But he did told me in the first few days we were talking that he's going to take me out on a date when i go back to SF on friday. Should i message him when I go back about the date? Or should i forget about it?

Yeah go ahead. What alternative move is there for you? The way I look at it, you made a contract. You're just holding him to his word. He can blow you of afterwards, but until you spend some time in person, how can he really know whether you're worth it. Of course if he's never met you I think you have to prepare yourself for the idea that you may be invisible to him.

Well for the texting part, he's probably talking to other girls. Not that he's lost interest in you but more like putting you aside for now since nothing is really serious at this moment and ill come back to you later kinda I guess theory

It's good your giving space but maybe if my theory is wrong then he's probably waiting for you to text him first.

If you really want to get this guys attention why not text him. If he doesn't reply than he's probably lost interest but if he does and the conversation is well in progress than he might still be interested in you.

Chances are you two talked about everything on the day you met and basically you have nothing to say except what's on tv or what are you doing kinda thing.
