If you there are only a few small drops of water on the surface of the phone, it will be fine. Thats about as water resistant as it gets. I would recommend getting a Life Proof case or something like that.

My friend accidentally spilled some sauce on my phone so i had to clean with the rough mc donalds napkins and some paper towel since that's all i had at the moment. Found a few scratches on the screen after but i wasn't sure if it were from before or from the napkins/paper towel.
