No. But it is by no means the worst. Most phones will have a 5-8 megapixel camera. Some have higher resolution of course but that is touted as a feature in the ads.

Yes… By far.
Other cameras are only 'better' because they have more megapixels… Which is wasted resolution for normal photos and only makes the photos noisier and exposes flaws in the cheap lenses.
