Is it a good idea to go from an IPhone 4 to a Sony Xperia Z1?

I currently own an iPhone 4 and I'm due an upgrade soon. I don't see much point in getting the 5s as it will be £10 more a month. I was thinking of getting the Sony Xperia Z1 but is this a good idea when going from an iPhone?

I would very much advise that you go for the Xperia Z1, nothing against iphones or anthing like that, but Xperia Z1 is one of the top phones out there. Here is a comparison between the iPhone 4, iPhone 5s and the Z1.

It depends in your own likes. For me, I like both Xperia and iPhones, but what I hated from Xperia because it uses Android, and that's the only reason why I was disappointed by Xperia. But as what I can say about Sony Xperia Z1, it's pretty good because of its beautiful design, it has waterproof and dustproof with 20.7 MP camera and it has also a shutterproof.

The Xperia Z1 is one of the best phones out there right now, if you buy it, you won't regret it, just keep in mind that it will take some adjustment to go from iOS to Android, give it a few days and you'll be very comfortable with Android

It might take some time to adjust to the size difference. The only phone I'd recommend right now is the nexus 5.It has a newer version of android than any other device. It has the same hardware as the z1 but it's faster because of the OS. Off contract, it's £299 for 16gb and £339 for 32gb. Get that with a giff gaff sim card, pay as you go or one month rolling contracts, and you'll find you've paid less over the course of 2 years than you would have on a contract. You can't go wrong. And the phone is rated as one of the best, if not the best phone on the market.
