Is it bad to factory reset your iPhone too often?

I have factory reset my iPhone more than 15 times in last 5 days.
Will that make any damage to my iPhone software or hardware?

Don't think so, but why so much lol. You do know that powering it down and then up again is not factory resetting right.

No factory resetting it won't hurt it any

It doesn't make any sense as to why you would do it that often. You'll probably wear out the flash memory if you continuously do this for years.

But seriously, why do you keep doing it?

No.factory rest can speed up your device, and it help to clear app caches & app data.therefore you can get more storage to your device.

It's not a big deal but you should focus on solving the problem that's leading you to reset the phone in the first place. (i.e. "It hurts when I do this.", "Don't do that.")

Why would you keep doing that? If there's a specific reason, maybe you can avoid it other than resetting it constantly.

I don't think it will do any harm, but then again, constantly resetting isn't worth it. It basically has nothing on the phone the first day you reset it. I'm not sure if it will do any damage to the hard drive, you'll have to google that.

No.

All it does is delete all of your data (i.e, apps, pictures, videos, settings, etc) and nothing else. So, you're in the clear. Nothing's gonna be affected.
