Is it easy to unlock a sprint or verizon iphone 5?

I'm planning on ordering a iphone 5 off of ebay because i would like to go with a gsm carrier such as simple mobile or h20. But i need to know the a sprint and verizon iphone 5 is easily unlockable.

The iPhone 5 for Verizon actually comes FACTORY UNLOCKED to use on any carrier. This has to do with some legal issue that Verizon can't be too controlling or whatever, but yes, it is indeed unlocked. I have tested the Verizon iPhone 5 my dad got with my T-Mobile SIM and it worked.
