Is it illegal if it look like I'm selling stuff? - 1

After i left the mall today i continue on jogging on my stilts downtown to the train station and 2 cops stop me asking me question, wanna my ID and wanna a permit to walk the streets. How can i have a permit if i only went downtown to shop? I'm rich and i buy stuff everyday and then the cops telling me they might need to kept my light sabers cause they think i sell them to people. And i tell them i'm rich i only like people looking at me also who would buy my light sabers? They are not the one made in store. They are the expensive one cost $200 just for 1 light saber and the cops believe me cause there no way i would sell these.people that do sell light sabers are the cheap gay ones for like $10 dollars. I don't sell nothing i only show off cause i want people to know i have money to buy what ever i want. I get happy seeing people getting off work and showing off that i'm rich and i don't need to work much cause my job give me to much money. And i get happy when people take pictures of me everyday. Then the cop told me if my light saber were stole? So they wanna to check the license on them which i don't know if there's even a license on my light saber. And if they are stole they will call me. Lol they can't be stole cause i bought them online from think geek.com. Then after they let me go i started telling them did you notice all my 6 iphones tape to my backpack? They didn't care about looking at them also i show them all my picture of what i do. The pictures of what i do got the cops from not putting me in jail. Also he wanna me to stand still, lol i can't stand still on stilts. What i think for the cops to stop me cause they are jelious and poor. I wish i could rip couple of $100 dollars bills or burn them on fire to show them i have to much money in my bank.

This is more of a rant then a question, and I believe some items are illegal to buy to resell unless you notify a manager
