Is it ok to downgrade ios without shsh blobs?
I recently bought an iPhone 4 with not much on it. I have only a few contacts but I have lots of pictures and apps. Can I just back up those files to iCloud?

- Will SHSH Blobs work with the iPhone 5? Can I use shsh blobs with the iPhone 5 to downgrade it. I have iOS 6.1.4 and when iOS 7 comes out, I want to be able to downgrade just in case. Please list all the devices that can be downgraded with shsh blobs.
- SHSH blobs- iphone 4s ios 6.1.3? My iphone 4s has ios 6.1.3 and i want to downgrade to ios 6.1.2 so i can jailbreak my iphone again(it was jailbroken on ios 6.1 but i accidently upgraded).Is there any way i can get the SHSH blobs for 6.1.2 and downgrade my iphone?

- If I bought an iPhone already at ios 6.1.3 do shsh blobs for 6.1.2 exist on it? I'm trying to downgrade my ios without losing data by using shsh so I have to get 6.1.2 shsh. If you know any other way to downgrade ios please include in your answer.
