You need alot of experience and probably need to use video tutorials. It is very risky
Would be an interesting experience and i would also give it a go if money wasn't a problem but if it is i would just buy a second hand faulty 4s and strip it down and see if that would be a more cost affective method to do the build from scratch after stripping it down then replacing whatever is faulty when reassembling… Or just buy a used good 4s or new one.
Yes and no, it would take way too much labour to be cost effective but every single parts can be replaced by a good technician.
Maybe you can purchase a broken phone on ebay and fix it for a reasonnable price.
