IS IT POSSIBLE TO REPLACE AN IPHONE 4 BATTERY?
My iPhone 4 doesn't seem to charge anymore and i was wondering if its possible to change the battery for a new one for me to then sell it.
Can you buy a new phone battery or would i just need to get a new phone?
Yes it is possible, just go to the Apple store, tell them your problem and they will exchange. Chances are they will do it for free or give you a new phone for free. It also depends on the warranty.

Not easily, but it can be done. Find a local phone repair store, they can probably do it fairly cheap, and without breaking stuff in the process.
The iPhone's battery is non-removable so you can't just buy a new one and swap it. Try taking it to Apple and see if they could change it for you if you have warranty, otherwise see if your charging cable is not the problem, try a different cable because sometimes cables can be faulty and shows not charging when you plug it in.
An Apple Store could do that if need be.
