Is it possible to see who wants to follow you on Instagram online?
I have a private account on Instagram, and I usually use my iPhone to check my news feed, but I can't find my iPhone so I decided to go online and check my news feed to see if anyone wanted to follow me. But I can't couldn't find it so what I'm asking is can you even check to see if anyone wants to follow you on Instagram online?

Added (1). Also, when I say I want to see who wants to follow me, I don't mean in their minds I meant like, I want to see who sent me a follow request.
There's no way to see who WANTS to follow you since there's no way to know what's going on in their minds. There probably is a way however to find out who IS following you.
- Why won't it let me follow this person on Instagram? Well I'm trying to follow this person on Instagram and it won't let me. I'll would click follow, then it will say following for a second, then it would go back to say follow. This person did follow me and I asked them if they blocked me and they said no. I'm doing this on my iPhone 5 and I tried it on my old galaxy s1 and it did the same thing. I'm only following 101 people and I really need help.

- Why can't I follow anyone on Instagram anymore? The strange part is that it's just on my app, meaning that I can't follow people on my iPad and iPhone. That means my account isn't suspended or anything. I can follow people on my computer. I only have 80-something followers and following about 110 people. I have already restarted my phone and iPad, and re-downloaded the app twice, and it still won't work.

People are trying to follow me on instagram, but when they click follow, it says "requested" but then goes right back to "follow" a few seconds later, as if they never clicked it. Same if I'm on public, it will say "following" and then change right back. And i never get the notification. I've tried logging out and back in, restarting my iPhone, and deleting and re installing the app. No luck.
