Is it possible to sync iPhone to new computer without deleting data?

Right now I have an iMac that I use to sync my iPhone 5 with.
It has all of my music, apps, etc.

I have a new macbook and I was wondering if I can put my current library on the macbook and sync my phone from there without having to delete and add everything again.

Thanks!

Added (1). Also, how exactly would I do that?

Yes you can do that the are no issues.

If you have the same iTunes account on your macbook, you will not lose the purchased music and apps. But for the free download music and apps, you will lose them. Anyway, you can use some third party software like this iOS file manager to copy the music and apps from your iPhone 5 to the macbook first, then join the files with your new iTunes library, and then re-sync them back to your iPhone. This method worked for me.

  • Sync a single album to iphone without deleting contents of iphone? So basically I had to delete itunes and everything in it went, too. I have music on my phone from CD's I've lost or binned etc. So I was just wondering how do I sync single albums to my phone without deleting contents of iPhone? When I go to click sync, a box comes up asking if I want to remove existing items from iPhone.
  • Is it possible to restore my iPhone without deleting the photos or contacts? I went on a vacation and forgot my camera at home so I used my iPhone to take pictures. On the way home, my iPhone said that if I wanted to use it, I had to connect it to iTunes. When I connected it to my laptop, it said that my phone needed to be restored, but to do that, it needed to delete my photos and contacts. Is there any way I can restore it without deleting my pictures and contacts?
  • How to transfer all data from my iPhone to my new MacBook without deleting anything? I recently bought a new macbook pro because my old one is busted and well as the screen so I can't copy an iTunes backup file. Is there anyway I can copy all my phones data to my new laptop?
  • How to sync without deleting my songs? I tried clicking manually manage too, but it still says it will delete all of my songs, I have an iphone 4s and presumably the newest version of itunes. I don't have the same computer i originally synced my phone with.
