Is it possible to track an Iphone that is turned off?
Is there a built in tracker?
When the iPhone is switched off, it does not emit electronic signals. So you can't track it by "Find my iPhone".
Yes there's GPS but no it can't be used if the device is off.
To add to what others have said, Find my iPhone does have a "last known location" feature where it remembers the last location it was prior to being switched off. Log into https://www.icloud.com/...icloud.com to see that
