Is it possible to use an IPhone 4 (Verizon) for AT&T?
I'm with Verizon and I have an iPhone 4 (that is no longer in use--I upgraded to the 5) and my friend (who is with AT&T) desperately needs a phone.
I heard I can call Verizon and ask them to unlock (I forgot the word for it) --to where the AT&T SIM card could be used. But where would the sim cars go?
Have your friend call AT&T and ask them. If it's not possible than sell it and give your friend $ for a phone
I don't think iPhone's have SIM cards.
Regardless, there's certain information that Verizon would need about this specific phone you wish to switch over in order for them to create a plan for it. The Customer Care/Tech Support should be able to help you.
No. The CDMA iPhone will not work on the GSM towers. The biggest clue that the AT&T SIM card would not work is that the iPhone 4 does not have a SIM card slot.
- Possible to use unlocked AT&T iPhone 5 on Verizon? I was gifted a new AT&T iPhone 5, but am on a Verizon Wireless plan. Before I go through the trouble of unlocking it, I was wondering if it is possible to use an unlocked AT&T iPhone 5 on Verizon? I tried to do some google research, but couldnt find anything answering my question. Any info is much appreciated.
- Is it possible to use other sims on an iphone 5s locked to verizon wireless? Hi, i live in india and i want to know wheter it is possible to use other sim cards on an iphone 5s from us that is locked to verizon wireless?
- Is it possible to use an AT&T iPhone on Verizon Network? I'm wondering if it is possible to use an iPhone from AT&T on the Verizon Network. My coworker has an old one and is willing to give it to me but I'm not sure if I could use it on Verizon since I do not want to switch to AT&T. I read something that said it was impossible from T-Mobile to Verizon but I didn't know if it was the same with AT&T.
- Is it possible to unlock my Verizon iPhone 5s for international use? I'm in Mexico & will be here for a while. I know of a place that unlocks phones. However I read that Verizon phones are a bit different.
