Is it possible to use iPhone X factory unlocked on other sims?
My uncle bought me an iPhone X factory unlocked in the states. Can I use my sim card here in the philippines?
Most likely yes.
An unlocked phone, in theory, will work with any compatible GSM carrier. However, there's no guarantee that it will work 100%. This is due to the fact that some carriers use different bands than others and some phones may not have all the appropriate bands.
According the the willmyphonework.net page, it looks like it will work with most carriers there, but I don't know what carrier you'll be using.

On my holiday to india, I tried many different networks and it says 'sim not valid' what's wrong here? Is carphone warehouse just lying and is there a way to get around to it next time I'm abroad?
