Is it rude not to accept gifts because I already have them?

Heard from the grapevine that relatives of mine are buying a lot of Tiffany's jewelry bracelets, rings for me. I already have a ton of those and am getting a bran new one from my boyfriend for Christmas. I also have a Cartier love gold bracelet and my Uncle said he is getting that for me. My aunt is also buying me the new macbook pro, and my other uncle is buying me a ipad mini (my boyfriend already bought me one last month) i'm a little sick of the apple gifts because i don't even use my ipad or macbook because i have absolutely nothing to do on it. The internet has been very dull for me lately.

I'm very grateful but can't someone just buy me a new iPhone 5? I'm kind of jealous of people who have the new one while I have to use the 4G.

Would it be rude not to accept these gifts?

How about you get the word out that you already own those things? Or accept them graciously, then tell them you already own them because you love them so much.

Since you discovered this information on the grapevine, put the grapevine to work for you. Let it be known what gifts you already have, and what gifts you are wishing for. Make an Amazon wishlist so people have a handy list (you can add items from other websites).

Whatever people give you, be gracious and accept it with genuine thanks for their good intentions. You are already very fortunate in the material sense, so it would be rude to refuse a gift if you already have something similar. Usually you can exchange it at the store without the giver knowing. Or, since you already have so much, ask people to give to your favorite charity in your name.

Why did you have to buy such an expensive phone if you only did that?" Me: Excuse me? Why do you even care? Did you have to pay for it? Anyways, I didn't buy iPhone 5 but I got it as a gift from my parents for getting into this prestigious college.
