Is it safe to buy an Iphone 4 screen replacement kit off amazon.com?
A couple weeks ago i dropped my iphone 4 on pavement and the front screen shattered but I had a screen protector on it so NO glass fell out. I went into apple to see if they could just replace the front but they said it would cost 200$ to fix because they would give me a whole new phone. I bought the Iphone 4 through verizon. I was wondering if it would be cheapest to buy a screen replacement kit off of amazon.com and replace it myself. Any comments? Should I do it? And don't say to just buy a new iphone because i'm 15 and don't have the money
LOL of course its fine from amazon, its the biggest online market place known to man, if that wasn't safe then it wouldn't be used, and there wouldn't be many things on there, its really fine, don't worry
There's a guy in the mall near me (NJ) that has a kiosk and replaces screens for $70. You might find one in a mall near you
Well it depends whether the buyer is a creditable one and if the quality of the 'kit' is good or not. And then whether or not you have the technical ability to replace the screen without damaging any components within the phone. If your answers to those questions are yes than go for it and even if your only saying yes to one you might as well buy the kit and see I'm sure its not that expensive.
Yes, it is safe. If you buy the kit and take it to your service provider they will install it for you as it is a careful and fragile job! Make sure you are buying it from a verified seller with good reviews in regards to service.
