Is it safe to work out every day of the week?
Well some information about me… I'm a 14 y/o male that is not overweight at all, I'm 5'5 ish and 125 pounds. Here is my workout that I have in my iPhone notes:
Work out
Bicycle crunches 2 sets of 20 reps
Flutter kicks of 10 reps with each leg
Then do 15 push-ups. Do more when become easy
If at moms use black weight 40 each arm. Do more when easier
Do 20 squat thrusts
Do 30 mountain climbers count every right leg
Do 50 high knees… Same counting as above
Add more to all if gets easier 5 reps at a time
Rest between all 1 minute if necessary
So is it safe to do every day of the week? Or is 3 a week the only safe way? I would love to do every day if I could!
Yes dude, you're basically doing cardio which is making you fit… The only unhealthy thing at your age is if you started using heavy weights, it messes up your bone development.
- Will the iPhone 5s run out of stock the first day it comes out? Startguessing everybody! And if sp, How long do you think we have to wait till they stock more up in the shelves?
- Will Apple Retail Stores refill stock one day after launch day? If in any way an Apple Retail store runs out of stock after launch day of the new iPhone 6, is there any chance that by the next day there will be new stock already again? Or does sold out mean = sold out for a few weeks.
- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
- Is 2GB of data enough for every-day iPhone users? I'm getting the iphone 5 and going from unlimited to 2GB of data a month i use twitter and facebook everyday and text and maybe go on the safari like a couple times and how much extra is 4GB of data. This is all for verizon, thanks
