Is it worth buying a iPhone 4s right now?
I'm 14 and i have $250 right now but i'm going to sell my iPod touch 4 gen and ill have about $450 or more and should i get a iPhone 4s or a iPod touch 5 gen? Or should i wait 5 months and get a iPhone 5 64GB?

Sure, 4S is still a really good phone even though its not 5. You can always upgrade several years down the road when your contract runs out.
