Nope. Iphone 5 is only slightly better than iphone 4s but not by much. It's better to keep the 64Gb Iphone 4s, because once you used up almost all 16GB you won't able to expand the memory.
If it doesn't cost anything, then yes, I would say it is worth it. All iPhone's are practically the same anyway…
Also, there's a HUGE difference between 16GB and 64GB so it comes down to how much space you use. Don't underestimate.
Nope not at all. With 16GB You fill find it hard to fit everything in together I think you shouldn't trade it. And there's not much difference anyway except for a few features and a different design.
