Is it wrong to avoid someone to get their attention?

There's someone I care for, but feels like I'm being used for favors and money. She's always on her IPhone & hardly makes eye contact with me. However she has moments where she'll drop her guard for a little bit & that makes it worth it. Usually I always have to be the one to call or text. At one point I stopped doing that. Then a week or 2 later she began to call. Sometimes 3 -6 times a week. In a strange way I enjoyed her looking for me. Then after 3 weeks she sent a message asking why I haven't replied and I was making her worry. Finally a week later I replied and told her I had been out of the country for work. (Which is something I really do for work but not in this instance) then she said she was worried I didn't want to be around her ever again. Eventually she found out I really wasn't out of the country. Then she asked why I lied. I told her the truth. That I just wanted her to notice I was gone & I wanted her to miss me. Now I haven't heard from her since. Was this wrong?

Think you should make an excuse why you didn't go out of the country to make her feel that you didn't ignore her on purpose.

apart from that think it's a good idea to not appear needy and let others also show you that they want to be around you. But don't overdo it.strike a balance

You lied… If you were gonna lie, you shouldn't have told her the truth. You're screwed

She just doesn't want these games.say your sorry you acted that way but you were feeling taking advantage of adn now realize she missed you. You won't do it again though.

answer mine too please!

Never let a PLAYER (Bad Girl) know she is busted. It kills the control she thought she had with a guy. Go play the field yourself. Let her seek you out if she does not want to lose you.
