Is my battery draining fast?
I feel like my iPhone 5s is draining to fast. At 7:00 pm my iPhone was at like 78 now at 9:00 it has decreased from 78 to 28. I've used it only on Wi-Fi
Ya that is pretty fast. Have you been playing games or watching a movie? I know playing games that have good graphics and all like Asphalt 8, Real Racing 3, etc can kill your battery pretty fast. If you haven't been doing anything with it and the battery just drained like that by itself then something is wrong with your phone. You should still be under the 1 year warranty apple gives so go to them if thats the case.
Most of the battery goes towards the background app refresh, if you turn that off (Settings>General>Background app refresh) it will not drain that much battery

Today i went to school and forgot to unplug my phone from the charger and i used it 20 minutes and battery was down by 20 percent, Was it my fault? I always left plugged my iphone 4s and battery was way better than my 5? Any person experiencing this problem?
