Is my voice really annoying?
Nobody has ever told me my voice was annoying as far back of my life as I can remember. I have only been made fun of a few times cause my voice is deep but not sure cause its annoying? I sound normal and deep but sometimes to myself and I can hear myself talking to fast or I plan don't make sense. Recently I noticed that if I record my voice I sound like a *** dumbass! I sound high pitched and deep nasally all at the same time! I also sound like I have no idea what I'm talking about! I have asked my friends and they mostly sound the same when recorded. But they also said I sound only deep and not annoying?! I also asked my brother and he said the same and not annoyinh! I'm going to ask my friend if I sound the same when recorded. Like can someone help me do I really sound like this?! When we do record we use our iPhones of that helps. What are ways I can hear how I sound?
You can't hear your real voice transmitted by air. It comes through the bone of your skull. It ALWAYS freaks everybody out when they hear their voice for the first time. Cup your left hand over your ear. Cup your right hand over your mouth. Get them to nearly touch as much as possible. Say something. That is, near enough, what you sound like.
