Is pc specialist (uk) a trustworthy company to buy a laptop from?

I'm planning on getting a new laptop for gaming however I saw a pc specialist custom design on pc worldwith incredible specs. But would it be like a lenovo where the laptop lasts as long as an iphones battery life?

If someone has one of their own, I'd love to hear opinions on it and about personal experience.

PC Specialist have been building computers for several years, they regularly advertise in the computer press. They are no worse or better the many of the other system builders, cyberpowersystems, Mesh, Novatech etc.
I would always take manufacturers battery life with some scepticism, there's always a trade-off between power, battery life, and size. Gaming laptops in particular are heavy users of power and they normally only last between 2-4hours on battery

as a telecommunications engineer who has built my own from day one and repaired laptops. They are set in time with what they have built in they are stuck in that time slot. The desktop being a more flexible unit as parts can be changed easier.
so makes like the lenovo are at the entry level. Tend to be never meant to last to long. The graphics for game players is always an issue. As it is a laptop where the graphics is part of the motherboard which can't be changed they become just too out of date in a couple of months. As games come out which need better graphics. So time reality of the situation desk tops are cheaper faster have the flexibilty. To be able to change the graphics card sound card and even the motherboard and processors.
so time to get a grip on this situation.
the laptop was never intended a game playing machine. However as a hot desk device for business people on the move to place orders and get information when dealing with clients.
these days with solid state drives battery life can be many hours 10-12 hours in some cases and Apple make the best. Not a lot of good for games though.
